What this program is
The program organizes the records that establish the identity, origin, lineage, and custody of agricultural genetics, and anchors those records on an independent blockchain provenance registry so their integrity can be verified by any party.
It brings together a documentation owner and international licensing authority (BloomBridge Group), a genetics curator and compliance package manager (Cali Organics), a Botswana-facing implementation partner (Kalahari Agritech), and a neutral technical verification layer (MetaFlora / Florachain / BLT). The registry records document integrity, immutable timestamping, and licensing traceability — an independent verification layer whose neutrality is exactly what makes each record credible to regulators, investors, and partners.
Four roles, clearly separated
The blockchain registry is deliberately held separate from the parties whose documents it registers. A neutral verification layer carries more evidentiary weight for regulators and investors than a party certifying its own paperwork.
Licensing flow: BloomBridge Group licenses the documentation, registry framework, provenance system, and commercial rights to Cali Organics, which sublicenses approved project-use rights and documentation access to Kalahari Agritech for Botswana and other approved territories.
