Each package is supported by blockchain-based timestamping and registry verification through the MetaFlora / BLT provenance layer, operated as a neutral document-integrity infrastructure rather than a certifying authority.
BloomBridge Group's documentation philosophy is conservative and evidence-led: it asserts only what can be substantiated. Breeder statements are presented as breeder-supported declarations, laboratory data as available laboratory reports, and blockchain records strictly as document-integrity and historical-record evidence.
Originator and international licensing authority
BloomBridge Group originates the documentation framework, genetics registry framework, provenance system, and commercial rights package, and licenses that package to Cali Organics. Cali Organics, as master licensee, may then sublicense approved project-use rights and documentation access to Kalahari Agritech for project-specific deployment in Botswana and other approved territories.
Within this program, BloomBridge Group functions as the documentation owner and international licensing authority. The blockchain registry — MetaFlora, Florachain, and the BLT Registry — operates as an independent technical provenance and verification layer, recording document integrity rather than certifying its own records. A neutral verification layer carries more evidentiary weight for regulators and investors than a party certifying its own paperwork.

Every genetics package, strain profile, breeder declaration, laboratory report, chain-of-custody document, certificate of origin, and compliance record may be cryptographically hashed (SHA-256), archived, and registered through the MetaFlora / BLT Provenance Registry on Florachain — providing immutable timestamping, chain-of-custody preservation, and licensing traceability across the BloomBridge → Cali Organics → Kalahari Agritech chain.
